The Canadian-born star, who is married to actor Scarlett Johannsson, confessed that he was only allowed out for lunch because it took too long to get back in again, reported

“It takes 10, 15, 20 minutes to get in there, so I’m not allowed to get out because it would delay us too much. For the last five days of the shoot I was pretty much in the coffin, I didn’t really get to leave much, maybe lunch, that was about it,” said the 33-year-old-actor.



In the new thriller, the

Proposal

star essays the role of a man imprisoned in a coffin in Iraq with only a mobile phone and a lighter.


However, Reynolds insisted that he didn’t have a tough time dealing with the gruelling shoot as he does not suffer from claustrophobia.
