Deepika Padukone looks absolutely fearsome in a new image from her Hollywood debut xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. The film stars Vin Diesel, Donnie Yen, Tony Jaa and is directed by DJ Caruso.
xXx director DJ Caruso just tweeted a picture of Deepika Padukone kicking some serious butt on the sets of her Hollywood debut starring Vin Diesel.
Deepika Padukone and especially star Vin Diesel have been particularly prolific on Twitter and Instagram, sharing constant updates about the production of the movie. xXx: The Return of Xander Cage is Deepika Padukone’s highly-anticipated Hollywood debut.

Caruso’s picture is captioned: “After the slate. I felt sorry for this stuntman. Serena unleashed! #xxx3 #xandercagereturns Dominican here we come.” Deepika Padukone looks fearsome as the action heroine Serena. The tattoos and lean look suggest her’s will be a strong female character. And considering the hall-of-fame action cast the movie has put together, Deepika will have to dig really deep to hold her own.
The picture was posted just as the crew got ready to say goodbye to Toronto and begin production in the Dominican Republic.

The film also stars Donnie Yen, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev and Samuel L Jackson. It will arrive in theatres on Jan 20, 2017.
