As of Sunday, June 9, Fast & Furious 6, in its third weekend in theaters worldwide, added another $65.06 million to its global receipts, which now total $584.65 million.
In second place is After Earth. This science-fiction film with Jaden and Will Smith has been bumped up three rungs after its release in 59 new territories around the world. M. Night Shyamalan's feature film has grossed $56.7 million to date.
Hangover Part III has slipped down a rung to third place on the charts at $42.18 million.
The Purge, on the other hand, made a fine showing last week. This dystopian horror-thriller, which has come out in only three territories including North America, now ranks fourth at $37.38 million.
