As the 23rd James Bond film Skyfall continues to create a buzz online, the 007 website has released the first official poster of the film. The picture features Daniel Craig as James Bond on a mission with a pistol poised in his hands.
Skyfall has been directed by Sam Mendes and also stars Javier Bardem in the lead negative role, Dame Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory and Ola Rapace.
According to the film's brief synopsis, "Bond's loyalty to M (Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost."
Craig returns as James Bond for the third time in the Ian Fleming series after Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. The film is scheduled to release on November 9 this year.
