Downey, who has starred in hits such as Sherlock Holmes and Tropic Thunder, says that when it comes to films, he likes to keep things simple. “I’m not a method guy. I can’t be bothered to have a method.” Talking about his latest flick, Due Date, which hit theatres last week, he says, “I just want to be part of a good movie, and I can’t stand being surrounded by morons.”
While he hasn’t had a chance to meet any Bollywood biggies, Downey does remember meeting actor Chunky Pandey in
June, earlier this year. "He is a nice guy," says the actor. "I have watched a couple of Bollywood films, though I don’t really remember their names."
He adds that a visit to India is a part of his bucket list: “India is definitely one of the places I want to visit and hope it happens soon.” And, unlike other tourists, he’ll have no trouble with Indian cuisines. “I love butter chicken and chicken tikka... I really like the Indian spices.”
