US Weekly has quoted sources as saying that Megan and the 90210 actor split six months ago.
The 29-year-old actor married Green, 13 years her senior, in 2010 and have two kids, Noah(2) and Bodhi(18 months). The two were last seen together in June having lunch in Beverly Hills.
Fox and Green first met in 2004 when they both appeared on an episode of ABC's sitcome Hope & Faith.
In the April issue of Harper's Bazaar, Fox said that she still tries to make time for date nights with her husband. "We ask his mom to come once a week so that we can go to dinner, go have sushi or something like that,” she said. "But now that they're so young, it's just insanity."
