Rocky star Sylvester Stallone has been accused of stealing a scribe’s work for The Expendables. Screenwriter Webb has filed a lawsuit against Stallone, 65, claiming that the action star has copied the idea of his screenplay titled ‘The Cordoba Caper’ written in 2006, for his 2010 action movie, reported Ace Showbiz.

Webb filed legal papers in a local court October 25. In the documents, Webb claims that the plot for The Expendables is strikingly similar and in some places identical to his screenplay.

The story of The Cordoba Caper revolves around a team of elite, highly-trained mercenaries hired to defeat General Garza, a rogue army general of a small Latin American country.
