Charlie Brown is tired of being Charlie Brown. He now wants to be a winner and his quest has a lot to do with The Red Haired Girl. In the first full-length trailer of The Peanuts Movie, Charlie Brown and Snoopy are back with the rest of the crew from Charles Schulz line comic including Linus, Lucy, Sally, Schroeder, Peppermint Patty and Pigpen.

What do you need to do if you want to be the coolest? Be a winner and learn some cool dance moves. But, first you need to have the courage to ring the doorbell of her house and say hi.
As Lucy puts it succinctly, "If you really want to impress people, you need to show them you're a winner. Of course when I say you, you know I don't mean you (Charlie Brown) personally."
Full of tropes that all Peanuts fan remember (he sucks at baseball), the trailer is heartwarming and takes the story forward. Will we really see Charlie Brown turning a winner this time round? Let's say we will keep our fingers crossed.
The first full-length film starring Charles Schulz creations since 1980's Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown (And Don't Come Back!!) The trailer says the film comes from "the imagination of Charles Schulz" while the script has been written by his son Craig and grandson Bryan.
The film has twin quests at its heart -- Charlie trying to become less of Charlie and win love, and Snoopy taking on arch nemesis Red Baron.
