Sharing fond memories related to mangoes she recalls, “I had a mango tree outside my house in Delhi. Climbing the tree and picking mangoes gave me a high. I would invite neighbours to join the first feast of the mango season. Another, unique family tradition was wrapping mangoes in a cloth and leaving them in a pond near our house so they become chilled before we relished them.”

She adds that she enjoys getting messy while relishing mangoes, “I’m not the person who cuts mangoes, I enjoy having it smeared on my face and hands. What is the point of eating a mango if you don't make a mess. My personality is like Alphonso mangoes, petite but dynamic with all possible flavours.”
