Giriraj Singh digs up Lalu's 'Nitish is a snake' tweet of 2017, says...
While Giriraj Singh found a 2017 tweet of Lalu Prasad Yadav, the RJD replied to a 2017 tweet of PM Modi. In 2017, Nitish Kumar broke the alliance with the Mahagathbandhan.
BJP leader Giriraj Singh on Wednesday dug up an old tweet of Lalu Prasad Yadav in which he called Nitish Kumar a snake. The snake has entered your room, Giriraj Singh tweeted ahead of Nitish Kumar's swearing-in as the chief minister of the Mahagathbandhan today. The tweet in question was from 2017 when Nitish Kumar broke away from the Mahagathbandhan. Just like e snake sheds its skin, Nitish Kumar sheds his alliance and takes a new one every two years. "Any doubt?" Lalu Prasad Yadav had tweeted.

Giriraj Singh's reply to the tweet make the snake tweet viral as many social media users commented on it on Wednesday, a day after Nitish Kumar walked out of the alliance of the NDA and staked claim to form the government of the Mahagathbandhan -- an alliance of seven parties.
A 2015 tweet of Giriraj Singh when Nitish Kumar left the BJP high and dry by a similar move is also going viral. In an open letter in 2015, Giriraj Singh addressed the Biharis and 'exposed' Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad Yadav's 'greed for power'.
Digging up tweets from 2017 was however not confined only to the BJP. The official Twitter handle of the Rashtriya Janata Dal too replied to a 2017 tweet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "Rising above the political differences for the future of the country and for Bihar is the need of the hour," PM Modi had tweeted. The RJD official handle on Wednesday replied to that tweet and wrote, "Yes sir, Bihar has been doing this only. The BJP ministers spread filth...Bihar has taken a special decision which is the need of this hour."
