Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday attended the 42nd convocation ceremony of Anna University in Chennai. During his address at the ceremony, PM Modi congratulated the students and said that the “whole world is looking at India's youth with hope as they are the growth engines of the country and world.” PM Modi also awarded gold medals and certificates to 69 gold medalists. Tamil Nadu governor RN Ravi and chief minister MK Stalin were present at the event. The prime minister also invoked former president of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
