At least eight people were killed while several were injured after a vehicle plunged into a gorge in Maharashtra's Chandshali Ghat in Nandurbar on Friday.

The tragic accident took place within the Shahada police jurisdiction, sending shockwaves through the local community, ANI reported.
According to Nandurbar Police, rescue teams rushed to the scene immediately after the mishap.
