10 years’ jail for murder

A woman and her paramour was sentenced to ten years’ rigorous imprisonment for killing her husband. A Fast Track court of Additional District Judge S. Haq gave the order in the 2004 case on Saturday. In March 2004, Manju’s husband Luxmi Chand, had gone missing. During interrogation, she had confessed that she alongwith her paramour Raju Singh had murdered her husband.
