19-year-old jumps to death

A 19-year-old student of a polytechnic in south Delhi allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the 14th floor of a Kaushambi high-rise residential building on Monday.

A 19-year-old student of a polytechnic in south Delhi allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the 14th floor of a Kaushambi high-rise residential building on Monday.

The police investigations have revealed that the victim, Neha Bhardwaj — a resident of Ankit Vihar area of Loni, had gone to her polytechnic for her practical exams of the second year.

In the evening she entered the Shivalik Tower where the guard tried to stop her but she took the lift and managed to reach the 14th floor. She jumped with her mobile phone in hand. Her bag was found intact on the 14th floor.
