Prominent Uma Bharti supporter in the City Inder Prajapat, who is spearheading the preparations for welcoming the Janadesh Yatra in the City with a huge public meeting at Rajwada on March 3, said that at least 2,000 Muslim community members would openly come out to join Uma Bharti on March 3. “We are making preparations to welcome them in the new party of Uma Bharti,” Prajapat said.
He said Uma supporters in the City are burning the midnight oil to make the public meeting at Rajwada on March 3 a historic one. Thousands would turn up on that day, as the common people were still with Bharti and not with the BJP, he said. He said the supporters of Bharti would take out small rallies in the City every evening till March 3 to give the message about the Uma Bharti’s Janadesh Yatra to the people.
Prajapat claimed he was getting feelers from several BJP leaders about joining the Uma bandwagon, as there was frustration in the BJP rank and file.
