Disgruntled workers here beat CEO of the company’s India branch, Lalit Kumar Choudhary, to death.

Deputy Labour Commissioner BK Singh said admitted that Assistant Labour Commissioner Atal Kumar had executed an agreement between the workers and management.

Thereafter, in last few months since the fresh clashes developed, he was not involved in any of the meetings.

The other official suspended is Assistant Director, Factory, Subhash Chand Vishwakarma. Factory department staff said his duty was to look after safety of workers at the workshop and operational areas.

He had no role in labour management disputes.
