Ambassador of Spain to India, Gustavode Aristegui, today called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
Aristegui, who called on Governor at Raj Bhavan, discussed various matters relating to furthering ties between the two countries, an official spokesman said.
The Governor and the Ambassador also discussed various possibilities of investors from Spain assisting business and commercial ventures for the rapid economic growth of the state, particularly in areas in which both sides are keen to collaborate.
Aristegui also called on Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah here this afternoon.
During the meeting various matters of mutual interests were discussed in detail, the spokesman added.
