This Delhi based designer is known for commercial Indian lines that are very wearable. At Lakme India Fashion Week she presented a line that was Indo-Western. The theme was, "Picture Im-Perfect" and was about the force of duality in nature that is paradoxically the reason for harmony.

Gold foil print gave a lifted effect. Coins and tiered skirts added a gypsy look and the use of brown Suede gave just a slight hint of Cowboy chic. For the first section tops were worn with Capri trousers. Anju also draped a chiffon sari over a churidar. A trouser sari- rendered a very ying and yang feel. Negative prints were introduced as were vibrant kiwi greens teamed with muddy browns.

She also had a white sequence; here the capris gave way to pajama style bottoms. An Angrakha style top had crochet cuff, crochet detailing was used repeatedly as was jaali. The work was very delicate.

Teal blues followed the whites and crinkle skirts were worn with organza jackets. Kaftans and off shoulder kurtas gave a feeling of fluidity. She ended with a line in shades of wine; her leaf print continued. Asymmetry as well as double layering was a style that Anju seemed to enjoy. Sensuous and soft, yet hard (because of metallic foiling), it was a very wearable collection.
