Another FIR against Amar Singh

Shiva Kant Tripathi, who came in limelight by lodging an FIR against Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh and bollywood star Amitabh Bacchan, lodged a fresh FIR against Amar Singh and Vodafone mobile service Provider Company at Ashiana police station here on Friday.

Tripathi talking to HT alleged the Singh and the company publicized details of his mobile phone with intent to malign his image.

He said only security agencies of the country could procure personal details of any personal and this only with proper process. But the act of Singh and the company have done crime under different sections of cyber crime and Indian Penal Code.
