Young Archana Anand (she's all of 23) has been baking cakes for over ten years and she does manage to produce good fruit, nut and chocolate truffle cakes, operating out of her West Patel Nagar home. Anand's top clients include corporate houses. Depending on the size and flavour, the cakes are priced between Rs 150 and Rs 250 a kilo. You'll have to shell out Rs 400 or more for the chocolates, depending on the flavour.
