UNION HRD Minister Arjun Singh on Friday said there was a need to change the mindset of people who look upon vocational education for intellectually, socially and economically weaker students.
Speaking after laying the foundation stone for the building of Pandit Sunderlal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education (PSSCIVE), the Union Minister quoted the Independence Day eve speech of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh assuring that vocational education and training programme would be implemented in mission mode.
