Like other chatwallahs, Ashok dishes out Gol Gappe

(Rs 10 for eight pieces), Bhalle Papdi Chat (Rs 15) and Kachori (Rs 15), but what sets him apart is the Kalmi Vada (Rs 15). A Purani Dilli speciality, the crisp chat item is made with chana and moong dal, and it's a treat, especially when combined with creamy dahi and mango chutney. Interestingly, though this is a roadside stall, the cleanliness of utensils isn't compromised with.
