According to information, the police, acting on a complaint of Gagan Choudhary, registered the case. The case was registered against Siddharth for allegedly assaulting Choudhary and looting Rs 3,700 from him when he was on way to Baksawaha from Bamhori.
Siddharth was yet to be arrested. He could not be contacted despite attempts. When contacted, BJ general secretary Prahlad Patel on Sunday night said that he was not aware of it.
