AU authorities not keeping their promise: Students

The students expressed resentment over the unresponsive attitude of AU administration over their demands and claimed that the negligence of the authorities has created an atmosphere of unrest on the campus. The students said that AU authorities assured the students at Pravesh Bhawan to take decision over the demands of the students in a meeting on Thursday, but the authorities failed to keep their commitment.

Patel said that the students were bound to stop the admission process as the AU authorities have failed to take any decision over the demands. Shukla said that the prevailing situation in the varsity were due to failure of varsity authorities to hold talks with the students.

Those present on the occasion were Ripusoodan Yadav, Sunil Dwivedi, Savindra Yadav, Ziya Quonain Rizvi, Lalaram Saroj, Sant Lal Verma, Aditya Vikram, Ajit Bhaskar, Chandrika Patel, Shiv Kumar Verma, Raghvendra Patel, Jaisram Verma, Lavkush Yadav, Jagdish Yadav and Ajay Chandra Chaubey among others.
