BJP nominee from Badaun Lok Sabha seat Brijpal Singh Shakya and his two supporters were injured in a road accident in his constituency on Monday where polling is on.
BJP nominee from Badaun Lok Sabha seat Brijpal Singh Shakya and his two supporters were injured in a road accident in his constituency on Monday where polling is on, a home department spokesman said here.
The mishap took place when the jeep in which Shakya and his supporters were traveling, was hit by a truck at Ujhani road, the spokesman said adding the truck driver has been arrested.
