The programme was telecast on a giant screen installed out side the ground, which according to the local authorities was violation of election's code of conduct.
District collector, HS Patel said that the report along with the CD of the sammelan have been sent to state election commission and appropriate steps would be taken as directed by election commission.
The sammelan was organised on March 15 to welcome new leaders and others who had quit the party before last assembly elections.
