Boy commits suicide after entrance test failure

A student allegedly committed suicide in Ghaziabad for not being selected in the Combined Pre-Medical Test.

A student allegedly committed suicide for not being selected in the Combined Pre-Medical Test by hanging from a tree in a forest in village Dahirpur in Dhaulana town in Ghaziabad, police said on Saturday.

In the suicide note, the 20 year old Subhash, said he was taking the extreme step disappointed at not being able to fulfil his family's dream of becoming a doctor, they said adding the incident took place on Friday.
