1 Keep them in folders: Keep all your delicate gold and diamond jewellery in proper folders and not in pouches to avoid damage.

2 Cotton wrap: Keep the sets and chokers covered with cotton and wrapped in paper, as this prevents the precious stones from coming out.

3 No perfume: Don’t spray perfume on any of your jewellery as this may take away the sheen.

4 Regular cleaning: To clean take some luke-warm water and put in some detergent and keep your jewellery soaked for 3-4 minutes.

5 In case of polki jewellery: Polki jewellery is very delicate and it changes its colours as it absorbs moisture therefore store polki jewels in mal-mal cloth or in an air tight box.
