The notices were issued on Thursday to the Centre, the Election Commission and the Lok Sabha Secretariat.
A Division Bench of Chief Justice YK Sabharwal and Justice CK Thakker asked the respondents to file their replies to the petition filed by the Centre by February 13.
Attorney General Milan Banerjee had mentioned the transfer petition before the Bench and requested that the nine petitions, pending in the Delhi High Court in this regard, be heard by it.
