DM thought for a while and posed a simple question to an examinee, “What is three per cent of 19?” No examinee could answer it. DM was convinced that something fishy was taking place at this centre. He ordered that from the next examination there would be observers in each room to supervise the progress of examination at this centre. This left the principal in a tizzy.

At yet another examination centre, Basic Shiksha Adhikari found the mathematics questions solved on the answersheet with a pencil while the examinee was copying them with pen. Both the handwritings were of different persons. The squad was convinced that some one else has solved the sums for a price. But for want of evidence, he was not able to take any action against the examine or the school.

At Arvind Bal Vidya Mandir, facts written on the ID-card of an invigilator turned out to be fake. The centre in-charge was directed to probe into the matter and lodge an FIR against the invigilator. In all 13 invigilators were relieved from duty while three copycats were held.
