Rock legend Eric Clapton has reportedly snubbed a $6.4 million offer in order to get the highest bid for the rights to his life story to be written as a book.

According to contactmusic.com, Clapton wants to land the biggest deal in rock memoir history. He has promised that the information revealed will be worth all the money.
