During his one-day stay he will call on President Pervez Musharraf and meet Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, foreign office spokeswoman Tasnim Aslam told the agency.
Clinton will visit a relief camp for quake victims in Islamabad, becoming the second former US president to do so after George Bush senior met survivors of the disaster here in January.
The 7.6-magnitude quake killed nearly 74,000 people, injured as many and made an estimated 3.5 million people homeless.
Clinton is later due to sign a memorandum of understanding for a health project sponsored by the Clinton Foundation, officials said.
