Commenting on posters that sought to describe the bureaucracy in the state as corrupt, the vice president of the state unit Suresh Bhardwaj said such hoarding were an affront to the 66 lakh state employees in the state.
He said that Himachal was known as one of the very few states where the level of corruption was lowest but the Congress had tried to project the people of the state as 'corrupt'.
He further said that Congress had insulted the people and employees of the state and it must apologise for it. He also alleged that some of the posters issued by the Congress did not carry the printline and the BJP had lodged a complaint with the election commission in this regard.
