Datamatics to sell stake in JV co
Datamatics has decided to sell its entire 20% stake in joint venture company Knowledgeworks Global Ltd.

Datamatics Technologies Ltd has decided to sell its entire 20 per cent stake in joint venture company Knowledgeworks Global Ltd to Mauritius-based Cadmus Knowledgeworks International Ltd for $1.5 million.
The company, providing business and knowledge process outsourcing solutions has signed an agreement on March 31 for the stake sale and the parties are completing all statutory and procedure compliances, Datamatics informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
