A special envoy of Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom has arrived here for talks with External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha on the developments in the Middle East.
Envoy David Ivry, who arrived Monday night on a three-day trip, will deliver a message from Shalom to Sinha Wednesday, a spokesman for the Israeli embassy said.
He will also hold talks with external affairs ministry officials.
