An earthquake of mild intensity rocked Guwahati and its adjoining areas tonight, official sources said.
The quake was felt at 7:59 pm but there was no immediate report of any loss of life or property. The exact magnitude and epicentre of the earthquake was yet to be ascertained, sources added.
