Bimla Devi, despite being the owner of her house in Sector 23, has been living at the courtyard with daughter Meenu, 30, for the last two years. Bimla is a paralytic patient and Meenu is said to be mentally unstable.

Although accused Bimla’s son and his wife agreed to leave, social activists and the police were unable to find a way out as none of the victims are able to live without support.
