French President Jacques Chirac said on Friday that sanctions should be imposed on Iran if talks over its nuclear program fail.
If the dialogue with Iran reaches stalemate "then it is necessary to find calibrated, suitable, temporary, reversible sanctions," Chirac said in the central Chinese city of Wuhan.
