FB investor sues Nasdaq

An investor, Phillip Goldberg, has sued Nasdaq OMX Group for “badly mishandling” trades following Facebook’s IPO, delaying trades and failing to cancel orders when requested by customers.

An investor, Phillip Goldberg, has sued Nasdaq OMX Group for “badly mishandling” trades following Facebook’s IPO, delaying trades and failing to cancel orders when requested by customers.

In his complaint filed on Tuesday, Goldberg said he had tried to both order and cancel requests for Facebook shares through an online account on Saturday morning. He is seeking to represent investors who lost money because their orders for Facebook stock were improperly processed.
