The GM welcomed the suggestions and planning of the various NCR officials.
Office bearers of various railway unions were present at the meeting.
GM said that the NCR had major achievements in various fields including income, freight, operation of trains, research, employee welfare, safety and security. He said that there had been 9.6 per cent increase in passengers, 24.6 per cent in freight, and 10.6 per cent in income during April. He said that the Kanpur-Banda passenger train had been extended till Chitrakoot, the Yamuna Bridge-Bayana passenger has been extended till Sawai Madhopur, the Jhansi-Agra passenger had been extended till Mathura and the Gwalior-Agra passenger till Mathura.
