Justice Gauri Shankar Saraf of the High Court in Jaipur, however, turned down the bail application of the main accused Bablu, the son of the hotel owner who was arrested in April.

The judge ordered release of four others, Bablu's mother Roshni, brothers Raju and Sanjay and Raju Sahi.

In compliance with the High Court order, the four who had furnished a bail bond at a fast-track court here, were released on Wednesday.

In a faxed message from Agra on April 18, the Japanese woman had alleged that she was raped and robbed of Rs 54,000 in cash on April 2 after being drugged by Bablu at a hotel owned by his father in Pushkar.
