The notice was served on Narain Dutt (BSP), Ishwar (LJP), Krishan Kumar (RPI) and Bijender Kumar, an Independent candidate, a district election official said today.

Returning Officer J K Ahuja issued the notices yesterday to them for failing to provide their poll expenditure details during the stipulated period.
