Vishwa Hindu Parishad International general secretary Praveen Togadia on Saturday said some elements in the country are giving political colour to the post-Godhra carnage. "There is neither a villain nor a hero behind the carnage," he said.

Referring to Ram Sethu bridge, Togadia said it was built by 'Vanarasena' of Lord Rama and nobody has any right to dispute it.

The VHP leader stopped at the airport here enroute to Rajahmundry where he is scheduled to address a public meeting tomorrow.

He was accompanied by Ramasethu Protection Committee convenor DS Satyanarayana.
