Man Chand Rana and Sanjeev Prabhakar, president and general secretary of the federation, respectively, said here on Thursday that it was the need of the hour to release the installment of ADA as prices of almost all items had skyrocketed and it would be difficult to meet them during the festival season.
They expressed optimism that the chief minister in the capacity of finance minister would make an announcement in this respect by Dussehra.
