A gunfight broke out between guerrillas holed up in a house and security forces in north Kashmir's Sopore town early Saturday, police said.

A gunfight broke out between guerrillas holed up in a house and security forces in north Kashmir's Sopore town early Saturday, police said.
Security forces cordoned off a house in Warpora locality of Sopore, 54 km from Srinagar, following information about the presence of militants inside, a police official said.
According to reports, the gunfight broke out soon after the house was surrounded.
