The Palwal police have arrested the hired killer who had murdered a woman on National Highway 2 on September 28.

Yogesh had been allegedly hired by the woman’s live-in partner Mukesh Lakhanpal, who was arrested some days ago.
“We arrested Yogesh on Sunday night from Palwal. Lakhanpal had hired him to eliminate Satvinder,”said Superintendent of Police, Palwal, Jagat Singh Hooda.
“But we will continue with our raids till his two other absconding accomplices are arrested,” he added. Yogesh was produced before the court on Monday which remanded him in two days’ police custody, police said.
The investigators said that Mukesh masterminded Satvinder’s murder as she had been threatening him of exposing their relationship if he did not continue staying with her and stopped visiting his children and wife.
