The Indian consulate in Kandahar, Afghanistan, was attacked on Wednesday by unidentified persons who hurled a hand grenade from a moving vehicle.

Grenades also went off in front of the Ministry of Women's Affairs and on a deserted commercial street. No body was hurt in any of the incidents.

No terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the attacks and the police, too, are clueless.

Dozens of people have been killed in a wave of bomb attacks in Afghanistan over the past few months, including 13 suicide blasts.
