The programme "Gramophone" will have old hits from Pakistan and English songs, and will compete with "Neya Maal", that will have videos of the latest songs, The News International reported from Karachi.

Primarily a music channel targeting youth, Aag TV will also air programmes on lifestyle, fashion, and other areas of interest of the young generation.

Aag TV will air talk shows, music, fashion and lifestyle programmes apart from news and views programmes.

The Aag channel will also have classical, regional, South Asian and international music programmes.

The channel will air live concerts and performances of internationally famed artistes and also cover any music-related activity and development around the globe, besides providing a common platform for youth to watch, listen and enjoy all sorts of pop music. It will air discussions and debates on current and relevant issues concerning youth.

Other programmes include Flaming, a programme on viewers' choice and Pathar, a programme on songs, the newspaper said.
