Q. Hello Mohanji, my date of birth is Feb 1, 1966. I am in brass handicraft business. My husband, Deepak Mehta, is a software consultant. He earns good money, but for a long time now we are in debt. I started my business five years ago but still I face a lot of obstacles. It's not smooth and good as we thought. We have our own house facing south west. Also, is it advisable to keep fresh roses in a vase on the work table? If yes, which colours? Which are the other flowers that can be kept at the work table? Q. Dear Mr Mohan Deep, my date of birth is May 10, 1951. My husband, Minoo's date of birth is January 18, 1949 and my son Aadil's is March 29, 1979. We live in ownership flat. The building is in a very bad condition. The TDR/Demolition discussions with builders are on but two society members do not agree. In spite of receiving very lucrative offers plus a brand new flat in the new building they are not agreeing. They are greedy and are still expecting something "extra" from the builders. The talks are going on from 1999 onwards, TDR is now stopped by BMC. We now want to go in for total demolition of the building. Please tell me will this development of the society building happen? A. Dear Kashmira, your question is more astrological in nature and I do not make predictions. However, I suggest that you get the Feng Shui of your own house corrected. These changes may, hopefully, help you sort out the society problems. Another way is to correct the Feng Shui of your society office to bring the other two around to the same view.
