My hands tremble

2.
I am a 26-year-old unmarried man, working with an MNC. Sometimes my hands tremble. I have this problem from last 10 years. Three and half years back I visited a psychiatrist. He said I am suffering from mild depression and put me on some medication, which included Inderal, and some anti-depressants. I took that medication for six months. It showed positive effects and the trembling ceased to a large extent. But, now from past one month, my hands have started to tremble again. What is the permanent solution to this? Trembling occurs when I am with a group of people or when I am nervous. Sometimes I feel very confused. A lot of thoughts come to my mind simultaneously. This also has effect on my sleep. Is it advisable to be on psychiatric medicines for a long time? Please advise.

I am great at sex but...

1.
I am a 30-year-old single guy. I have had many sexual relationships and always been a great partner indulging in foreplay and after-sex talks. Overall, I am a good performer but the major problem is I get reach climax very soon. Is there any exercise that I can do or any technique that could help me last longer during sex?

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
Premature ejaculation is a common problem but ejaculation is considered premature only when erection is not of sufficient duration for penetration to occur. Any erection, which lasts for more than two minutes, is good enough and considered normal from medical point of view. One should see a sex specialist and discuss the problem when not satisfied with the duration and quality of erection.

Unmarried and virgin at 50!

2.
I am 50-years-old and still unmarried. Since the age of 19, I am suffering from spondylitis with stiffness in hip joints, sacrolic joints and in my spine. This is the reason I did not get married. I also suffer from premature ejaculation. Now I feel lonely. One of my office female colleagues has proposed to me. But everybody says that since I cannot bend I will not be able to satisfy my partner sexually. My query is that will I be able to have intercourse while standing and will this be acceptable to my wife? I cannot discuss this problem with the lady because of the fear that it can spread in whole of the office. I want your sincere advice because I do not want any problem later.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
Sex in standing position is OK as long as your wife has no objections. I hope this female colleague of yours is well aware of your problem of stiff joints.
